Any lash extension appointment canceled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will result in 50% charge of the appointment's total.

Deposits are required to prevent last-minute cancellations or no-shows, helping protect my time and livelihood. As a business that operates by appointment only, I carefully manage my schedule to ensure each client receives the full attention they deserve.  

All permanent cosmetic appointments require a deposit that is nonrefundable. You may reschedule with any amount of notice but I appreciate a minimum of 48 hours' notice when possible so that I can potentially fill your spot. 

No-shows result in a loss of deposit. 

Permanent Cosmetics: If your touch up is no longer needed, contact me at least 7 days before the appointment, at which time the deposit becomes nonrefundable.
